13 October, 1999: "The Politics of the Euro: The European Union and a Common Currency After One Year," co-sponsored by the Center for European and Russian Studies, Center for Advanced Study of International Development and Center for International Business Education and Research. Elizabeth Pond, a contributing correspondent for The Washington Quarterly, and a former foreign correspondent for the Christian Science Monitor in Europe, will speak at the Kellogg Center, Centennial C in East Lansing at 4:00 PM.
